Slip Masterbatch

Introduction
Slip Masterbatch has a flexible chain structure that tends to migrate to the surface of the plastic layer, producing effects such as increased smoothness, reduced friction coefficient, reduced adhesion, and lower energy consumption and equipment wear.

• Increases surface smoothness and reduces friction
• Reduces adhesion between plastic layers
• Helps disperse certain colors into the resin
• Partially improves the gloss of plastic products
• Improves mold release, reducing scratches on the plastic
• Compatible with all polyolefins: PP, LDPE, LLDPE, HDPE, EVA, and other copolymers

• Density: 0.91 ± 0.1 g/cm³
• Water Content: <0.10 wt%
• Usage Rate: 1–5%, depending on polymer type and lubrication needed
• Packing: 20 kg KP bags on a shrink-wrapped pallet
